“I took this photograph shortly after the 2016 Presidential election.It is an image of one of those " I Voted " stickers given to people after they have voted that somehow got stuck in a toilet bowl. I did NOT stage this photo!! I came across it in one of the bathroom cubicles in a public restroom in Alexandria,VA. Being an artist, I could not resist taking a picture of this image that I happened to stumble upon.”
