Director: Ksenia Grishkova
Ksenia Grishkova has worked in the arts management field for 18 years in various capacities for art organizations located in Moscow, London and Washington D.C. Since 2007, Grishkova has been a Director of Touchstone Gallery in Washington D.C., where she has worked on hundreds of artist exhibitions featuring 100+ participants. A number of the exhibitions, such as national juried show “Art as Politics” in 2016, have generated significant public attendance and press coverage. Grishkova also oversaw the gallery’s move to a newly built street-level location in 2010 and has supervised numerous joint art projects with embassies and non-profits. In addition, Grishkova is also the Executive Director of Touchstone Foundation for the Arts, a 501c3 organization she helped create in 2012. Prior to Touchstone, Grishkova worked as an international art consultant and in a previous role, she was part of a team that created the first ever photo-art gallery in Moscow, "Lumiere Photo Gallery," where she worked as a curator and PR manager. Prior to her work at Lumiere, Grishkova oversaw Moscow-based Alla Bulyanskaya Gallery's participation in international art fairs, exhibitions and projects abroad. She also helped raise funds for the gallery’s second location in London, U.K. Grishkova originally received a Studio Art education, which she followed up with a diploma in Arts Management from a Moscow Institute of Contemporary Art.
