My recent visit to an aquarium sparked the idea that memories rarely appear alone; they carry traces of what happened before. The way encaustic wax flows and changes reflects how memory can be clear in some spots and cloudy in others, showing how the past shifts and connects. By drawing on the feel and movement of underwater life, the painting encourages viewers to think about how their own memories move together, shaped by the hidden depths that keep them.
