To apply to present time-based and performance work(video, film, performance, music, literature, or other time-based and interdisciplinary practices), please submit a 1- or 2-page proposal (PDF only, with any required links or images included in that document) outlining your intended presentation, and a brief artist statement and bio (a second one page maximum PDF). Proposals longer than 2 pages will not be considered.
Artists wishing to submit to this category will be asked to select if they would like to have their work be a solo event, as part/one act of a multi-artist event, durational: during an event, durational: during regular gallery hours, or online/web based. For example, if you have an 8 minute film or performance, it would likely work best as part of a larger event. Artists may be asked for additional information before selection.
This application is purposefully broad to allow artists working in unique practices the ability to submit, but your proposal should include a clear and concise idea.
Artists may only submit one application per round.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Applicants will register with biographical information and check out on this site. Upon successful checkout, they will receive a registration confirmation email with a link to upload their portfolio PDF (and optional proposal).
Once the documents are confirmed and reviewed, the application will be confirmed with a second email. Applications must be registered by 7:00 pm ET on Monday, August 24 but documents may be uploaded until 11:59 pm ET on Monday, August 24.
